Breakfast

We have strong (socialised) beliefs about what breakfast should be. Some of the following recipes adhere to them and some are totally out of the box. Call me crazy but I love a salad for breakfast! Unless you are an intermittent faster, breakfast is an important meal as it can curb late night hunger cravings as your body has been properly nourished throughout the day!

Overnight Oats

These are a great option for planning ahead if you don't have a lot of time in the morning! I use organic oats due to the heavy amount of chemicals that tend to be sprayed on grains nowadays. Fo more information see my blog post "Organic vs. Non-organic Foods".

Savoury Options

A great way to start your day is with a loading up of your veggies intake! Adding some healthy fats and protein will also help keep you full all the way until lunch. Coupled with a good sized lunch, you'll begin to notice evening/night time cravings dissipate!
