Health Coaching 

Combining my training in Holistic Nutrition, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, yoga and counselling creates a solid platform for my clients to reach a healthy balance in their mind, heart and body.

Have you ever heard the saying, "it's not about how you look, it's about how you see"? I would take that a step further and say that it's also about how you feel

 

It is in my general health coaching package that I most deeply implement my training in neuro-linguistic programming. NLP allows us to eliminate old neuro pathways that may be hindering us from progressing towards our goals and a healthier mind set and create new pathways in their place. It is becoming more widely recognised that our brains are malleable - we can train them! We can utilise NLP techniques to help bring us from our current state to a desired state.

Finding a state of optimal health (physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually) is not just about food/diet. It is about incorporating changes to your lifestyle as a whole. This doesn't have to mean huge and scary changes that'll throw your life out of whack! You will notice a difference in yourself over time by just incorporating small and manageable tweaks to your daily routine.

Lastly I should mention that a healthy and positive mindset is crucial. Heard that before? Those in the health and wellness industry tend to make it sound like it's so simple and easy but if it was, then why would there even be an industry built around it?! This will be one of the biggest challenges we will tackle together as once the appropriate mindset sticks, the rest will come so much more naturally. Your priorities will shift - therefore your mindset will affect your daily actions.
