Cooking Classes

Learn how to make simple, easy and nutritious meals using mostly plants and whole food - tailored to adults and/or kids! 

May I stress that my cooking classes are not about perfection? Hence why I say mostly plants and whole foods. I want to provide you with proper knife techniques, ways to cut down food prep time as well as how to build your own recipes.

I adhere to a plant based diet in my own home cooking as a personal choice, but I recognise that while many people are keen to reduce their animal product intake, you may not be willing to go the full mile. But increasing your plant intake WILL help to crowd out some animal product consumption, which will in turn increase your nutrient intake! If everyone did this, we would be living in a much more sustainable and healthy world.

I say mostly whole foods because as much as I love to cook, sometimes it's simply easier and more convenient to add in something store bought. It would be preferable to always make my own hummus for example, but my partner goes through it like you wouldn't believe. I save myself some time and effort by buying some good quality hummus so that I can focus on making the food that goes with it!
